Congratulations to Cathy & Chris Milowicki for reaching their fundraising goal of $10,000 through Team Hole in the Wall! Cathy and Chris raised the money while training for the Boston Marthon, which is coming up on April 20th. They were inspired to raise money for Flying Horse Farms after learning about how their neighbor’s daughter, Emily, spent a week at a Hole in the Wall Camp through our Flying Horse Away program. Here’s what Cathy & Chris had to say after reaching this amazing goal:
“With excitement and gratitude we are elated to announce that we have reached our $10,000 goal! This milestone allows us to now name a horse stall at the Flying Horse Farms Equestrian Center in honor of Emily! The compassion and generosity of all of our donors has been inspirational! As we head to the running of the Boston Marathon on April 20th, please keep us in your prayers for safe travels. Remember to pray for Emily and all of the children that are served by the Hole In The Wall Camps throughout the world.” – Cathy & Chris
Way to go Cathy & Chris! The entire team at Flying Horse Farms thanks you for your support and will be rooting for you on April 20th!
great job Chris and Cathy. I am so happy to see that you reached your goal. good luck in boston and I hope to see you on the 26th.
You guys are awesome! Emily is thrilled about “her” horse stall.
Chris and Cathy – thank you for donating to a wonderful camp. My daughter attended Lake Luzerne camp last year and had an awesome time. Hopefully this year she can attend Ohio since it’s much closer for us. I will be at the Boston Marathon as well – my boyfriend is running this year. Good luck to both of you, and who knows, maybe our paths will cross in Boston???
